Freight Information

Freight is charged by weight & location. Rural Delivery Charges* are as prescribed per PBT Courier/ PBT Transport and can be found here.

If your postcode does not come up with a Rural Delivery Charge on our website, but it is required by PBT for delivery to your address then we will contact you to notify a Rural Delivery Charge will need to be paid for and you can choose to get a refund or accept the required Rural Delivery Charge.

Note - There are no courier pick-ups on weekends & any order after 1:30pm on a Friday might not get picked up until the following Monday although we always try to get any order out the same day.

Click onto the Shopping Cart icon once an item has been added to it and go to 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes' to see how much the freight charge will be.

From time to time there may be Special Offers that will automatically give you a free, or discounted freight option if available once the Special Offer criteria has been met (e.g. buy 5 and get free Freight, or spend $350+ and get Free Freight)


REGION 1 - 0-25 Kg = $7.50

REGION 2 - 0-3 Kg = $6.50 , 3-15 Kg = $11.75

REGION 3 - 0-3 Kg = $6.50 , 3-6 Kg = $11.50 , 6-11 Kg = $15.50

REGION 4 - 0-3 Kg = $8.40 , 3-6 Kg = $14.75 , 6-11 Kg = $21.70

RURAL DELIVER ADDRESSES* - Add a further $9.20 per parcel.

CHATHAM ISLANDS - We do not deliver to the Chatham Islands

Cancellation & Refunds

The following rules apply to cancellation of your order:

  • If you have ordered Goods, but not received them, you may cancel your order without giving a reason at any time providing the order has not been dispatched. You will have no obligation and we will return your money.

  • If you have ordered Goods, and received them, you may cancel your order at any time within 7 days of the date you received them. You must tell us that you wish to cancel. You must also send the Goods back to us within 14 days of you receiving the ordered Goods.

  • We will return your money subject to the following condition:

 - we receive the Goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.

  • The option to cancel your order is not available:

- if you purchase sealed goods which relate to health or hygiene, and they become unsealed after delivery, or cannot be re-sold for some other reason;

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods. We have no obligation to refund to you your cost of re-packing and returning the Goods.

  • In any of the above scenarios, we will return your money within 14 days.

  • Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts, modifies or excludes any applicable statutory consumer rights.

Pay Invoice by PayPal

If you've contacted us directly, rather than through this website, and would like to make a payment for an invoice we've sent you then simply click on the 'Pay Now' button below which will take you to our company's (D-Max NZ Ltd) secure PayPal account.

You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a credit card payment. Just enter the invoice amount, leave us a reference so we know it's you (invoice #, name etc) & press 'Continue' can then either use your PayPal account or choose the 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' button at the bottom of that page to make payment.
